At Brynn Grove Apartments, we understand you may have some questions before making a decision. We’re here to provide the clarity you need about our community, amenities, and leasing process, helping you feel confident in your choice.
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. We tend to be a great fit for small pets. A $25/month pet rent applies, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals on the property.
Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rent. Residents are responsible for electric, gas, and internet (where applicable).
Every unit comes with its own designated parking space. Downstairs units also include a private garage with a powered opener.
Leases are signed for an initial 12-month term. After that, your lease automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement until renewed.
